Welcome back to the post lunch session on Day 5. Senuran Muthusamy and Dane Piedt are out in the middle to resume for South Africa. Ravindra Jadeja has the ball in hand.
Lunch Break!
Ravindra Jadeja (4/51) and Mohammed Shami (3/21) wreaked havoc in the morning session as India were just two wickets away from winning the first Test against South Africa in Vizag. Resuming on their overnight score of 11/1, South Africa were 117/8 at lunch as their batting collapsed on a Day-5 pitch. Ravichandran Ashwin opened the flood gates, removing Theunis de Bruyn for 10. Shami then took over and cleaned up Temba Bavuma (0), Faf du Plessis(13) and Quinton de Kock (0) in quick succession. Jadeja then made excellent use of the turning track and produced a sensational three-wicket over that sent Aiden Markram, Vernon Philander and Keshav Maharaj packing. Senuran Muthusamy and Dane Piedt showed some resistance down the order as both stitched a fighting 47-run partnership and were unbeaten at the break. India will gain 40 World Test Championship points after winning the Vizag Test.

Pitch Report, Day 5: "It's rather low and slow, but it'll still be a good wicket to bat on. Not exactly a minefield for the batsmen. India's batting on this pitch in the second innings was an exhibition of the runs one can score if only one applies himself. South Africa need to show a lot of gumption and determination to survive the day," said Sunil Gavaskar.
9:05 am: Earlier, both teams had a quick warm up ahead of final day's play.
