Upen Patel's reel hospital scene turns real

Actor Upen Patel, who has been shooting a Tamil-Telugu film, recently got injured on the sets. According to a report, the actor left his hotel to reach the location, a hospital in Chennai. He was filming a scene wherein he is shown recovering from injuries in a hospital, however, as soon as he reached the hospital, the actor slipped and fell resulting in real injuries.
